Role & Mission:

Lead customer technical onboarding: integration, troubleshooting, and training

Perform data analysis – SQL and Excel

Work closely with our prospects and help them become happy customers

Manage ongoing customer relationships

Work with our customers to ensure they are leveraging the solution effectively and finding value in our service

Work closely with the research, development, sales and marketing teams

Your Profile:

Ad-tech experience – a MUST

Technical experience – a MUST

Experience in customer-facing roles – 2+ years – a MUST

Solid SQL skills – a Must

Understanding of basic HTML, CSS and code structure – a MUST

Experience with Javascript – an Advantage

Ad Operations experience – Campaign management & optimization, Media buying, Trafficking, QA  – an Advantage

Ability to prioritize multiple projects with great attention to detail (Experience in Project Management – an Advantage)

High customer and service orientation
