Your mission:

You will be the customer’s technical advisor and solve implementation requirements, but also be the industry expert and provide insights that can help shape your customer’s advertising strategy. 

Acting as a liaison between the customer and the Product, you will lead technical conversations during the sales cycle, guide the research team when you find fraudulent activity, take care of integrations, and deliver feedback to drive product innovation. 

How are you gonna do it?

  • Lead customer on-boarding: integration, troubleshooting, and training
  • Perform data analysis (SQL and Excel) to guide and advise your customer
  • Work closely with the Security research, development, sales and marketing teams

You should be TOTALLY passionate about:

  • Working in a cybersecurity product company within the Media vertical.
  • Having an actual impact on our product 
  • Using data analysis to identify cybercriminals
  • Getting a wide overview of the AdTech industry by working with a variety of customers

Your profile:

  • You have at least 1 year of Adtech background
  • Positive, proactive, curious, self-learner, relentless in meeting goals
  • Strong customer-facing capabilities, Fluent English (verbal and written)
  • You love technology and have 4 years of technical experience
  • You have experience in research/analysis- excel and SQL
  • You have a good understanding of the web, browsers, HTML
