Sarit has led successful IPOs on NASDAQ and overseen acquisitions of major startups by Cisco and DG Corp. Sarit previously served as CEO of Extreme Reality and CFO at Olive Software, P-Cube and RADCOM and holds a B.A. in Accounting and Economics from Tel-Aviv University, Israel.
Alex Liverant

A world class expert in ad fraud and video advertising, Alex Liverant has over 25 years of experience in software and system development. As the former co-founder and CTO of DoubleVerify, Alex designed and developed the core technologies of the company and helped it grow from a two-person operation to a company of more than 150 employees. Most recently Alex served as CTO of Anyclip Media. Alex earned his BSc degree in computer and software engineering from The Technion, Israel Institute of Technology.

Tamar has a BA in Economics and an MBA, both from Tel-Aviv University, Israel, where she also serves as an assistant professor of strategy and entrepreneurship.

Ofer brings 20+ years of executive, commercial & operational experience in building global businesses and defining and executing product and go-to-market strategies. Amongst others, he was the VP of International Sales & Business Development at cloud-based security provider CYREN (NASDAQ:CYRN), leading a global team responsible for tens of millions of dollars in revenue and the CEO of Intelescope – an innovative Agtech startup developing image-analytics-based solutions for large forestry and crop farms. Ofer is currently Executive Chairman at Genesis Premium Herbs and sits on several Board of Directors of the fund’s portfolio.
