Lead and grow the CS team with a special focus on Protected Media’s most strategic accounts.
- Help customers optimize their usage of our products to get the most value out of it By providing insights that can help shape your customer’s marketing strategy.
- Lead and structure processes of customer management include pre-sale and post-sale.
- Serve as an escalation point for business issues.
- Facilitate Customer Success outcomes (renewal, expansion & upsell)
- Guide technical documentation.
- Ensure the ongoing improvement of our solution and services.
