Your mission:

Lead and grow the CS team with a special focus on Protected Media’s most strategic accounts.

Which means…

  • Help customers optimize their usage of our products to get the most value out of it By providing insights that can help shape your customer’s marketing strategy. 
  • Lead and structure processes of customer management include pre-sale and post-sale.
  • Serve as an escalation point for business issues.
  • Facilitate Customer Success outcomes (renewal, expansion & upsell)
  • Guide technical documentation. 
  • Ensure the ongoing improvement of our solution and services.

Requirements

  • Experience in a leadership position- a Must
  • Startup experience- a Must
  • Ad-tech experience- a Must
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B Customer management, preferably with SaaS products. 
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Good Technical understanding.
  • Strong customer-facing capabilities.
  • Fluent in English – written and spoken.
